Membership

CSA preserves the privacy of all of its members and does not publish contact lists to the public.

Our Society is comprised of 4 types of memberships, lead by an Executive and Advisory Board.

The CSA Executive Board

The Executive Board are Concierge that are elected bi-annually which manages the society business as a whole.

Concierge Members are made up of hotel lobby and club concierge working in the City of Atlanta and surrounding areas. Concierge Members have voting rights on business affairs of the Society and are eligible to hold elective office and serve on committees without restriction.

Professional Concierge Members

The list of Professional Concierge Members is made up of hotel front desk associates and retail center employees working in the City of Atlanta and surrounding areas. Professional Concierge Members do not have voting rights on business affairs of the Society and are not eligible to hold elective office and serve on committees without restriction.

The Advisory Board

The Advisory Board is comprised of individuals that are considered to have made outstanding personal and professional achievements in the field of Hospitality.

Corporate Concierge Members

Corporate Concierge Members are made up of office building and hotel residential concierges who perform duties in support of tenants and/or residents working in the City of Atlanta and surrounding areas. Corporate Concierge Members do not have voting rights on business affairs of the Society and are not eligible to hold elective office and serve on committees without restriction.

Affiliate Members

The Affiliate Concierge Members do not work as concierges and are employees of Associations, businesses, and organizations of relevance to the hospitality industry. Affiliate Members do not have voting rights on business affairs of the Society and are not eligible to hold elective office and serve on committees without restriction.
